Mexican Grill 2000 has been a Long Island corner of home cooking for over two decades. Every burrito is rolled by hand, every salsa is made from scratch in the morning, and every plate goes out the way we'd serve it at our own kitchen table.
We don't chase trends. We chase the recipes our grandmothers taught us — the slow-cooked meats, the warm tortillas, the green sauce that locals drive out of their way for.
